Nexus Sign — Secure Document Signing

What this site is

Nexus Sign is the electronic signature service used by our offices to send account documents for review and signature. If you received a link to this site, it was sent by the office handling your account, in relation to a document they discussed with you.

There is nothing to sign from this page. Documents are only reachable through the personal link sent to you.

How a signing request works

The office emails you a link to your document.
Opening it requires a short access code, which a representative gives you separately. The code is never included in the email, so the document stays private even if the message reaches the wrong inbox.
Each link is for one document and stops working after it expires.
The connection is encrypted, and your document is shown only to you.

If you weren't expecting a document

Don't open the link. Contact the office that handles your account directly, using a phone number from your own records or from correspondence you already trust — not one taken from an unexpected email. We will never ask for a password, card number or full Social Security number by email.
